The Golden State Warriors recently partnered with the Twinning Project and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for an impactful six-week basketball program aimed at decreasing recidivism rates and enhancing the readiness of incarcerated individuals for life post-release at California State Prison Solano.

It is called the Twinning Project. A nonprofit in England started it five years ago. It paired Premier League Soccer teams with local prisons to teach inmates how to become soccer coaches.
